Payment and refunds

- By credit or debit card (PayTR) or by bank transfer. Up to 12 instalments on packages of ₺1,000 or more.
- Renewal
- No automatic renewal and no charges to a saved card. When the term ends your account returns to the free plan; your documents are not deleted.
- Refunds
- For purchases made on the web, a full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked.
- Mobile app
- Premium can also be bought in the iPhone and Android app through the App Store or Google Play; the store sets the price. It works on the web and in the app with the same account; refunds for these purchases follow the store's rules.

Does my membership renew automatically?
No. Plans are one-time purchases; they do not renew on their own when the period ends, and your card is not charged again. You can request a full refund without giving a reason within the first 14 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the payment being confirmed; once refunded, the Premium period granted by that purchase ends. Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. For purchases made in the mobile app (App Store / Google Play), refunds follow the store's rules.
How does support work?

Can I buy Premium in the mobile app?
Yes. In the CMRyaz iPhone and Android app, Premium plans are bought through the App Store or Google Play; there is no automatic renewal. Because you use the same account, Premium works both in the app and on the web, and the time is added to your current end date. The store sets the in-app price, which may differ from the web price. CMR Extract can only be bought on the web.
