Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form
Terms for the digital services you buy online from CMRyaz. You read and accept this text at checkout.
1. Services and prices

The total amount payable is also shown at checkout. There is no automatic renewal.
2. Parties

Buyer: the person purchasing with a CMRyaz account; name and email are recorded in the account.
3. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations for the sale and performance of digital services (Premium membership and the CMR Extract module) purchased electronically on cmryaz.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Purchases made in the CMRyaz mobile app through the App Store or Google Play are not covered by this agreement; for those purchases the sale, payment and refunds are subject to the terms of the relevant store. The Premium time purchased applies on the web and in the app for the same CMRyaz account.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment system, or by bank transfer. Card details never reach CMRyaz.
For bank transfers, the service is activated once the amount has reached our account and been checked.
5. Performance and term
The service is activated electronically in the Buyer’s account immediately when the payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery.
The Premium term starts when the payment is confirmed; if a membership is active, it is added to the current end date. When the term ends the account returns to the free plan; documents are not deleted. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charge to a saved card.
6. Right of withdrawal and 14-day refund guarantee
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form. At checkout the Buyer expressly agrees that performance starts immediately.
In addition, CMRyaz voluntarily offers a 14-day refund guarantee: within 14 days of the payment being confirmed the Buyer may request a refund without giving a reason; the full amount paid is refunded and the Premium term or CMR Extract licence granted by that purchase ends. 7. Personal data
Personal data processed during purchase is handled under the Privacy Policy. Name, email, IP address and basket details are sent to PayTR to process the payment.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@cmryaz.com. Disputes are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and above those limits by the Consumer Courts. Turkish law applies.
9. Entry into force
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer reads and accepts this agreement and the pre-information form electronically at checkout. The accepted version and time of acceptance are stored with the order; this text remains available on this page.
