Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund guarantee

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying Premium or CMR Extract on cmryaz.com; we do not ask for a reason and refund the full amount you paid.

The period starts on the day the payment is confirmed and applies to each purchase separately. When we refund, the Premium term or CMR Extract licence granted by that purchase ends; your documents are not deleted.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

For digital services activated instantly once payment is confirmed, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. The 14-day refund guarantee is given to you voluntarily instead.

3. After 14 days

We refund without any time limit if you were charged more than once for the same order, charged the wrong amount, or paid but the service could not be activated and the problem was not fixed within 7 days of your report.

Otherwise, no partial refund is made for the remaining term after 14 days. As there is no automatic renewal, there is no subscription you need to cancel.

4. How to request

Email contact@cmryaz.com with your account email, order number (if any) and payment date. We resolve requests within 14 days at the latest.

5. Refund timing

An approved refund is made to the original payment method (card or the account the transfer came from) within 14 days at the latest. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

6. Purchases made in the mobile app

The 14-day refund guarantee does not apply to purchases made in the CMRyaz mobile app through the App Store or Google Play; refunds follow the rules of the relevant store.

For App Store purchases you send your refund request to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); the decision is Apple's. For Google Play purchases you request the refund from Google Play under its refund policy.

When a store refund is approved, the Premium time granted by that purchase is removed from your account; your documents are not deleted.
